NAPE Peptide Hair Growth Serum is a cosmetic product for external use on the scalp. It is not a drug, not a dietary supplement and not a medical device.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Nothing on this website is medical advice, and nothing on it is a substitute for professional care. Hair loss can have medical causes. Sudden, patchy or rapid hair loss should be discussed with a doctor or dermatologist. Speak to a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or living with a scalp condition.

Individual results vary and depend on the cause and stage of thinning, among other things. Where this site describes what an ingredient does, it is describing published research on that ingredient and not a clinical trial of the finished product. NAPE has not been the subject of a clinical trial of its own.

This formula contains growth-factor peptides that fall within WADA prohibited class S2. If you compete under anti-doping rules, check with your governing body before use.

The ninety-day guarantee

The ninety-day guarantee described on this site and in our Refund Policy is offered voluntarily and is contractual, not statutory. Its terms — including the requirement to claim within 120 days of delivery, and its availability once per customer — are set out in full in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Your statutory rights in relation to goods that are faulty, damaged or not as described are unaffected by the guarantee and are handled separately.

Certain content and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties, and certain links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless MB Emiads and our subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

Termination

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate them at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or by ceasing to use our site.

If in our sole judgement you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

Entire agreement

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us, and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms shall not be construed against the drafting party.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Service, and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The courts of the Republic of Lithuania shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of the state or country in which you are habitually resident, and where such provisions apply they take precedence over this clause to the extent of any conflict.
